School's Out

Yup, school is out now. Today was the last day of school for my three boys. They are, of course, quite happy for their summer break. As their mom, I am less excitd. Now I get to make sure they stay occupied in ways that do not involve hours of tv watching. They are signed up for several summer reading programs, which will be good for them. (although my oldest boy is a major bookworm so he'll breeze through his reading quite quickly) One thing we'll be doing is seeing a free movie every week. We have a local theater that shows free movies at 9:30 every morning. They gear them towards kids and show the same movie for a week. We'll explore the local parks and give the boys a chance to run off some energy. (although they seem to have an endless supply) So here's to summer!
